Use your favorite american pancake recipe, I used an adapted recipe of Nigella.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 large eggs
300 ml milk
225 gram plain flour
butter for frying
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Heat a little bit of butter in a pan, then pour a large spoon of batter in the pan.
Put a large teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of the batter
Cover Nutella with batter, wait until the upper side begins bubbling, then cook the other side for no longer than one minute.
