Makes 5-6 pancakes (enough for 2 persons)
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs, separated in egg yolks and egg whites

75 ml milk
60 g plain flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp spoon Nutella
DIRECTIONS
2. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. They are stiff enough when you can turn the bowl upside down and they don't fall down.
3. Fold the egg whites into the batter.
4. Take four tablespoons of the batter and mix it with the Nutella in a separate bowl, then put the mixture in a piping bag.
5. Put a little bit of oil or butter in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, pour some of the batter in the pan and wait until you see the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then squeeze a spiral on top of the raw batter and leave for 30 seconds.
6. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 30 seconds, but not longer than that! Because the Nutella batter tend to burn very easily.
